I've been using the Mark 1 for a few months now and I couldn't be happier with it. The comfort level is fantastic, even when I have it packed full for a long day of travel. It still looks brand new despite being tossed around in various situations. Overall, the Mark 1 is a reliable and comfortable backpack that I would highly recommend.
