SAVOIE'S Cajun Seasoning Editorial Review
SAVOIE'S Old Fashioned Dark Roux 32oz is an ideal addition for enhancing authentic Cajun dishes, particularly gumbo. Users appreciate how it saves time in the kitchen without sacrificing flavor; many have noted its excellent taste and the convenience of having a ready-made roux without the lengthy process of preparation. This creamy roux is cholesterol-free and made with quality ingredients, making it perfect for those who love traditional Cajun cuisine but have limited time. However, some users encountered challenges with oil separation, suggesting a quick microwave warm-up can help in mixing the components more easily.
