Lakeshore Learning & Education LC1166 Editorial Review
The Lakeshore Addition Machine is a great tool for young children to learn and practice addition skills. It features a grid with buttons that pop up to reveal the correct answer when pressed. The machine is sturdy and durable, making it suitable for children who tend to be rough with their toys. Customers have found that their children enjoy using the machine and find it fun to press the buttons and see if they got the right answer. The machine provides a good opportunity for children to practice addition in an interactive way. However, some customers have mentioned a couple of drawbacks. The sound when the buttons pop up is quite loud, similar to a corn popper toy. This may be bothersome for some users. Additionally, one customer mentioned that the addition problems are not mixed up and follow a pattern, which can hinder reading skills for children who rely solely on the numbers provided. Overall, the Lakeshore Addition Machine is a well-received product for teaching and practicing addition skills. It is durable, easy to use, and provides an interactive learning experience for young children.
